A paper “Gateways to the FANTOM5 promoter level mammalian expression atlas” has published in Genome Biology. Hidemasa Bono, Toshiaki Katayama, Hiromasa Ono and Kaori Fujieda from DBCLS have participated in the project which is aiming to provide RDFized FANTOM5 records and provide graphical shapes of individual organs in the BodyParts3D resource.

In addition, FANTOM5 CAGE data is included in RefEx and ready to browse them as high resolution gene expression data in around eight hundred samples (human: 556, mouse: 286).
