The National Institute of Health Sciences (NIHS) has released a cross-reactivity check system for COVID-19 diagnostic primers. Dr. Yuki Naito of DBCLS has contributed to this work in developing the system utilizing GGGenome (https://GGGenome.dbcls.jp/), fast and accurate sequence search software developed by DBCLS.
